We will investigate the reported problem within 24 hours.)

2，天威诚信将在对报告的证书调查处理完成后，通过邮件或电话方式向报告人通知处理结果。如有必要，天威诚信会在官网对证书问题报告的处理结果进行公示。(iTrusChina will inform the reporter of the result by email or phone call after investigating the reported problem of the certificate. iTrusChina also will publish the investigation result of the certificate problem report on official site if necessary.)
